The relation the flight assembled architecture video shown in class has mainly to do with the sensors and computer modeling that went behind the building of this structure, would relate the a smart building.
Motion sensors could be used to identify the people entering the building and the building could adjust to that specific persons wants and needs to make them more comfortable in the building.
The use of a real time model was also an important aspect of this video as a BIM model could be used to create a real-time model of a building and be able to decide where occupants and equipment are located and what they are doing.
What confused the group was whether the robots where working autonomously or with the guidance of a computer program.
